Compare D Column from Sheet 1 with D Column in Sheet 2, when a match is found, I want to search for values in Column range AD to NZ in sheet 1

I really need some help with VBA coding.

I want to compare values in D Column from sheet 2 to D column in Sheet 1. When match is found, I want to look for values in the matched row in the column range of AD to NZ in Sheet 1. If there are values found in this range, i want to copy that cell and paste them to sheet 2.
