Get all files with dates in a folder/sub-folders

I would like to get all filepaths and their dates modified in a directory and its subfolders for each wildcard value in a column

I am fairly new to Excel VBA, and I came across a unique problem that I am having a difficult time figuring out how to automate using Excel. I would like to get all filepaths and their dates modified in a directory and its subfolders for each wildcard value in a column.

I tried my hand at doing this but unfortunately I haven't gotten much success.
