Excel - VBA or formula Cell returning conditional value

I need help, please, to make the following possible:

In the 'Result' sheet, cell C1 should return a value, based on the conditions as prioritised:

First, check Sheet4 D1 and if there is a value there, this value would show up in the 'Result' sheet C1.

If D1 in Sheet4 is empty:

• Check Sheet3 D1 and return this value instead, If this is also empty,
• Check Sheet2 D1 and return this value instead, If this is also empty,
• Check Sheet1 D1 and return this value instead, If this is also empty,
• Do nothing. Result' sheet C1 will remain empty.
