Change where XY points are plotted on Stacked Bar/XY Scatter combo chart

I have a combo chart with stacked bars and XY scatter points. I have 3 bars of data and 2 series of XY scatter data. Because there are 3 bars, excel automatically plots the XY dots on the middle bar, but I would like the data to be plotted on the right bar. Here is an example of the data I have:

So right now the 30 and 90 columns are being plotted on the Closed Bar column, and I need them to be plotted on the Queue column. I tried following this guide: https://peltiertech.com/Excel/Charts/ClusterColAndLine.html but I have be unsuccessful in replicating his changes on my data. Any help would be greatly appreciated.
