Conditionally change background color in a specific Excel cell

I am using openxml to export to excel using a datatable, everything works. I would like to change the color of a specific cell if that condition is true.

if (cell.CellValue.InnerText == "F") 
{                               

}

But I don't know what to give inside the cell. I tried to search the internet but I found nothing that was right for me, I would like to know if there is a way to work directly on "Cell"
